My name is Jason and I want to share my Sincerest Gratitude and Appreciation to Kyle Bowen (The Man, The Myth, The Legend)!!! I had been in the market to buy a house since March of 2021. I was defeated by Mid June after finding out my current house had sold and I needed to move in the next 45 days. I began looking at rental properties because I had no choice. A relative shared Kyle’s contact information and within the next hour he contacted me. I had a good credit score but was approved FHA which made it difficult to compete in this market. Kyle was able to get me approved Conventional at 3% which was the best I had heard. Mr. Bowen found my new home and closed within 32 days. Yesterday I closed!!! Nicole Roethle assisted me over the span of 10 months, as I first toyed with the idea of purchasing a piece of investment property, then became more serious and started looking at houses. She was always quick to respond to my questions and requests, at almost any hour, and set up appointments. She was patient and helpful throughout the entire process once I'd finally placed a bid on a home and was by my side, even attending closing. It was a great experience to have Brandon Rootes as my realtor. Immediately I liked him because he was very approachable, caring, knowledgeable, and thorough in explaining the process of having my home listed. I was truly grateful for him since I was totally new to the process of trying to sell my home. He took great effort in showing me similar properties in the community and their going listing prices, and what he thought realistically that my home could be listed for. Kyle was great! He listened to what we wanted. Sent us listings to look at all the time. Homes were moving so quick, it was on the market and sold within days! So when we found the home for us, Kyle set his plans aside and worked with us to submit an offer quickly. We now have a house with every one of the must haves we told Kyle we needed! Thanks Kyle!
